Im thinking of this for quite sometime..expecially when im in obstetric posting..all of this issues has been spoke up for several time. . but maybe in silent mode..just mumbling or mingle in every mind of my frenz in obstetric.What will u choose to be..u need to fulfill ur logbook with so many procedures, r u choosing to struggle hard regardless of what ur team members having difficulties in fullfilling their log books..by competition..choose to be pro-active up until u satisfy on what hv u got...or you choose to work as a team..takes turn n make sure all the group members having the same like you..how we must put ourself in this situation..without do any harm and hurt others..without creating any coldness..but satisfy all
Thanx to my labour rum group of being so understanding...team work is a must..u cannot sleep tight while ur friends having difficulties in arranging themselves..but..at the same time, give ur self a little bit push while ur frenz giving u the chance to make a move..this is the best time to test ur teamwork..n now i know why some people said..love all but trust a few..haha..
Whatever the condition is..lets go back to our holy quran..
